• 180 days warranty on electronic parts
• 70 days warranty on the firepot

Firepot Warranty Policy

In case of a firepot warranty claim, the used period will be deducted from the price of a new firepot, and a replacement firepot will be provided.

• Firepot warranty can be claimed only once.
• If the customer does not wish to purchase a new firepot, the remaining warranty value will be refunded instead.

Example Calculation

EXXL Firepot Price: ₹1,800
Warranty Period: 70 days
Claim Raised After: 35 days

Calculation:

₹1,800 ÷ 70 = ₹25.7 per day

35 days × ₹25.7 = ₹899.5 (used value)

Remaining value:

₹1,800 − ₹899 = ₹900

• ₹900 payable by the customer for a replacement firepot
